| 摘 要： | 用中草药配伍组成增乳添加剂,研究对奶山羊泌乳性能的作用.阐明cAMP在增乳过程中的作用.结果表明,增乳添加剂对产奶量、乳品质及乳中cAMP含量均有极显着或显着的增高作用.试验组产奶量极显着高于对照组(P<0.01);产奶量随cAMP的增加而上升,二者呈极显着正相关(试验组r=0.9877,P<0.01);试验组乳脂、乳蛋白含量显着高于对照组(P<0.05).

| Abstract: | The increase milk additive used in the research consists of traditional Chinese medicine that has strengthening yang,tonifying energen and activating the blood and removing blood stasis.The dairy goats are used as test animals.The concentration of cAMP in milk was determined by radio-immunoassay and the concentration of lactose,fat and prote in in milk were determined using infreared spectroscopic assay. At the same time,the milk yield was recorded. The objective of the research is to observe the effects of the incrase milk additive on the lactation performance of dairy goats and expound the function of the cAMP has in the process of increase milk yield. The results show that the increase milk additive has significant increase action.The best group milk yield is significant higher than that of control group(P <0.01);The milk yield is increase with cAMP''s increases,both of which shows a significant positive relative(test group,r=0.9877.P <0.01);the fat and protein content of test group are sigificant higher than that of control group(P <0.05) |
