摘    要:以贵州优质高产玉米黔玉22为研究材料,在土壤肥力和环境条件一致的前提下,采用医用输液管控制土壤水分,研究和分析了水分胁迫对玉米生理特性及产量因子的调控影响.结果表明:水分胁迫对玉米的生理特性及产量因子的影响很大:1)在正常供水条件下,玉米生理发育正常,产量因子能达到高产水平;2)在水分供应过多的情况下,玉米生理发育基本正常,产量因子基本达到次高产水平;3)玉米在中度干旱条件下,叶片脯氨酸含量增多,细胞膜透性增加,导致叶片光合作用、硝酸还原酶活性和叶绿素含量降低,玉米生长缓慢,产量因子下降明显;4)随着水分胁迫程度的加剧和持续,叶片脯氨酸含量持续增多,细胞膜透性进一步增加,叶片光合作用及硝酸还原酶活性进一步减弱,玉米生长发育严重受阻,无法进行生殖发育,基本绝收.

Abstract:Qianyu 22,a new maize variety with high yield and good quality,was tested by medicinal infusion syringes for controlling soil moisture under the same soil fertility and environment condition to study the adjustment effect of different water stress on its physiological characteristic and yield factors.The results showed that the water stress had the obvious influence on physiological characteristic and yield factors of Qianyu 22.The index of yield factors can be up to the level of highest yield because of it...
