传染性法氏囊病疫苗免疫母鸡后子代雏鸡外周血液的B细胞和免疫球蛋白含量变化

摘    要:应用免疫SPA菌体花环法和间接ELISE法对传染性法氏囊病(IBD)疫苗免疫母鸡后,其子代雏鸡外周血液B细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA含量进行了动态研究。结果发现:IBD疫苗免疫后,其子代雏鸡外周血液B细胞数量和IgG、IgM、IgA含量均不同程度地高于未免疫的相应对照雏鸡,表明IBD疫苗免疫母鸡后,其子代雏鸡外周血液的体液免疫功能明显增强。而传染性法氏囊病超强毒株攻击子代雏鸡后,未免疫子代雏鸡外周血液的上述各项指标均明显低于疫苗免疫的子代雏鸡,这与IBDV感染雏鸡后,其体液免疫中枢器官法氏囊严重损害,淋巴细胞变性坏死等有关,也是导致感染雏鸡免疫抑制的基础。

Abstract:This experiment was undertaken dynamic study of the number of B cells and the content of the immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgM,IgAin the peripheral blood of chicks from hens vaccinated with infectious bursal disease(IBD) with staphylococcal protein A(SPA)rosette test and indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISE).The resules were as follows:after vaccinated the hens with IBD,the number of B cells and the content of IgG,IgM,IgA in the peripheral blood of chicks from hens vaccinated different degree increased in comparison with those of non-vaccinated controls.These results showed that the function of humoral immune and cellular immune of chicks from hens vaccinated with IBD vaccine could be markedly enhanced.Post challenged of filial generation chicks from hens with very virulent infectious bursal disease virus(vvIBDV),the above mentioned very item in the periperal blood of chicks from hens non-vaccinated with IBD vaccine were lower than those of vaccinated-challenged chicks.This was chiefly due to the severity damage of the central immune organs-bursal of the non-vaccinated chicks with IBD.This also was the basis of immune function low of chicks infected with IBDV.
