水稻新恢复系不完全双列杂交配合力研究

摘    要:本试验采用当前推广的恢复系明恢63、CDR22、6326,及本所育成的新恢复系552、679、562、682,共计7个恢复系与D汕A、D90A、G46A等5个不育系组成7×5的不完全双列杂交进行产量配合力测定.结果是:①不育系亲本中以D90A的一般配合力最好,其一般配合力相对效应值为4.33;②恢复系亲本中以552最好,其次明恢63其一般配合力相对效应值分别为7.78、6.46;③D90A×6326,Ⅱ-32A×6326的特殊配合力最好,其特殊配合力相对效应值分别是5.88、4.36.

Abstract:The general combining ability (GCA) of Rice yields were evaluated through the discomplete diallel cross of 7×5, the rrsult indicated as follows:① D90A had the liglest general combiniug ability among the 5 A- lines with rtelative effeet value (REV) of gca 4. 33; ②Of the restorer lines, 552 and Minhui 63 were the first and the second with REV 7. 73 and 6. 46 respectively; ③In specific combining ability (SCA), D90×6326, Ⅱ-32A×6326 expressed the first and the second witk REV of sca 5. 86 and 4. 36 tespectively.
