| 摘 要： | 兵团要想更好地发挥屯垦戍边的“三大作用”,就必须加强与地方的联系和内部各民族的文化交流。在汉民族和少数民族文化双向教育不对等的情况下,汉民族必须对少数民族文化进行哲学反思,通过在共同发展经济文化、学校教育、社区文化建设中加强少数民族文化的学习来为兵团的发展注入活力。

| Abstract: | The corps must strengthen the relationships between the Han nationality and regional minorities in order to develop its three effects. The Han nationality should consider the culture of the minorities because the education isn＇t equal each other. Energy could be infused to the corps by the minority＇s cultural education to the Han Nationality. |
