摘    要:通过水热、2%乙酸、2%Na2SO3及2%NaHSO3预处理秸秆原料,再将原料分离成纤维,并试制了相应的秸秆纤维板,对比分析了4种预处理方法对秸秆纤维的表面化学特性及稻秸纤维板性能的影响。结果表明,预处理方法对秸秆纤维表面的主要官能团影响不大,但乙酸预处理能显著地降低稻秸纤维表面的pH值,有利于脲醛树脂胶黏剂和纤维形成良好的胶合界面,从而提高秸秆纤维板的性能。

Abstract:Surface chemical characteristics of straw fiber have great effect on the properties of interfa-cial conglutination between straw fiber and adhensive. Rice straw was treated with four different methods-hot water, acid, sodium sulfite, and sodium hydrogen sulfite treatment in this research. Results showed that main chemical group of straw fiber, under the four different treatments, were not obviously changed. The acid treatment reduced pH values of straw fibers, and had a significant effect on improving the internal bond strength of straw fiberboard. The modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity were not obviously improved with four different treatments. The thickness swelling of straw fiberboard treated with different ways was higher than that of standard values. It was concluded that acid treatment was optimum for producing good performance straw fiberboard.
