柑橘园常用杀螨剂杀虫剂对巴氏钝绥螨的毒性测定

摘    要:在室温下进行橘园15种常用杀螨剂、杀虫剂对巴氏钝绥螨的室内毒性测定,结果表明,57%炔螨特EC,25%三唑锡WP,25%噻嗪酮WP,3%啶虫脒WP,90%敌百虫SP,0.5%苦.烟AS,45%石硫合剂结晶等药剂,在常用浓度范围内对巴氏钝绥螨的毒性很小,可用于放螨前清园、放螨后挑治中心虫株或防治其他害虫;5%噻螨酮EC,24%螺螨酯SC,1.8%阿维菌素EC虽对巴氏钝绥螨毒性很小,但由于属慢效性杀螨剂,其安全性需进一步开展室内测定和田间试验;10%浏阳霉素EC,2.5%鱼藤酮EC,1.2%苦参.烟碱EC,99%矿物油EC对巴氏钝绥螨的毒性大,不宜在释放巴氏钝绥螨的橘园使用。

Abstract:Toxicities of 15 popularly used pesticides in citrus orchards on Amblyseius barkeri (Hughes) were examined under laboratory temperatures of 20-32℃. The results showed that 57% propargite EC,25% azocyclotin WP, 25% buprofezin WP, 3% acetamiprid WP, 90% trichlorfon SP, 0.5% matrine-nicotine EC, 45% lime sulfur were low-toxic to Amblyseius barkeri (Hughes) under their normal dosage, they could be used before or after releasing Amblyseius barkeri (Hughes) to control Panonychus citri McGregor or other species of pests; Although 5% hexythiazox EC, 24% envidor SC and 1.8% abamectin EC were also low-toxic to Amblyseius barkeri (Hughes), more tests should be done to further determine their toxicities; 10% liuyangmycin EC, 2.5% rotenone EC, 1.2% matrine-nicotine EC and 99% spray oil EC were high-toxic to Amblyseius barkeri (Hughes), they couldn't be used in the citrus orchards where Amblyseius barkeri (Hughes) was released.
