摘    要:本文对植物病害的重要生防因子这一链霉菌作了综述总结。人们利用链霉菌对真菌,细菌和线虫引起的植物病害进行了广泛的研究,我们的实验室,温室和大田试验结果表明,从自然界马铃薯疮痂病抑制性土壤中分离出来的链霉菌系显著地减轻马铃薯疮痂病害。本文还对马铃薯疮痂病的生防机制进行了探讨,并对链霉菌的分类学地位作了回顾总结。

Abstract:Streptomyces spp., as ones of important biocontrol agents to control plant disease,are summarized in this paper. They are widely tested to reduce crop losses caused by plantpathogenic fungi, bacteria, and nematodes. Potato scab disease was greatly reduced in our laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials by using suppressive Streptomyces strains isolated from sup suppressive soils of potato scab. The mechanisms of biocontrol of potato scab are primarily dis-discussed. Taxonomy of Streptompces spp. is reviewed as well in this paper.
