葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱层析法分离人参皂苷Re的研究

摘    要:采用葡聚糖凝胶LH-20层析柱料和适当的分离条件,对人参皂苷Re的分离方法进行了改进。结果表明:通过该方法分离人参皂苷Re收率为58.6%,得到的人参皂苷Re的纯度为96.2%,达到了较好地分离人参皂苷Re的目的。此分离方法的柱料用量少、使用周期长、再生容易、重复性好,是一种省时、省力的分离方法。

Abstract: The method for the isolation of ginsenoside Re has been improved by using sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and choosing proper conditions. The results show that ginsenoside Re has been isolated successfully,the yield of ginsenoside Re is 58.6%, and the purity of gained ginsenoside Re is 96.2%. Usage amount of column stuff is less than usual, cycling time of column stuff is longer, column stuff is easy to be reactivated and the repetitiveness of column stuff is good in the improved method, therefore it is an isolation method saving both time and energy.
