| 摘 要： | 从农村文化产业发展视角观察河北省农村传统文化资源的现代经济价值,认为中国是一个典型的农业国家,五千年文化的主要承载地是农村。因此推动农村文化建设与新农村建设的有机融合,缩小城乡差距,促进农村经济显著增长,从而促进城乡一体化,对保证整个和谐社会主义大家庭平安稳定,具有重要的现实意义。农村文化建设应当顺从其发展规律,走农民参与管理和认同的途径。即促使农村经济发展模式的转型;创新发展农村文化产品与特色服务;拉动地方农业旅游业,提高农业产品附加值;健全和完善农村经济发展体系和运行机制,从根本上解决农村文化产业市场存在的问题,使农村文化产业朝着健康、有序、可持续的方向发展,完成我国城市化宏伟目标。

| Abstract: | The modern economic value of rural traditional culture resource in Hebei Province was observed from perspective of rural culture in- dustry development. China is a typical agriculture country and rural is the root of five thousands years culture. So, intergration of advancing rural culture construction and new rural construction has practical significance on guaranteeing harmonious and stability of society. Rural cul- ture construction should obey its development law, namely promoting rural economic development mode transformation; innovating rural cultur- al products and characteristic service ; developing local agriculture tourism and improving additive value of agricultural products ; perfecting ru- ral economic development system and mechanism. Solving existing problems in rural culture industry market, so as to make heahhly, orderly sustainable development of rural culture industry and accomplish urbanization in China. |
