摘    要:土壤盐度是影响农林生产的主要环境因素之一。蒙古柳是自然分布于东北松嫩平原盐碱地上少见的木本植物,是重要的盐碱地野生植物资源。在植物的耐逆机理、耐盐基因的开发利用以及改善盐碱土壤环境等方面具有重要的应用潜力。为了全面的了解蒙古柳的耐盐机理和改良土壤作用,本研究分别从形态学、生理生化以及分子水平三个方面对其耐盐机理进行总结,探讨蒙古柳响应盐碱胁迫的机制,分析提高蒙古柳耐盐碱机理的途径及可行性,为盐碱地生态修复提供理论和实践依据。

Research Progress of Salix linearistipularis in Songnen Plain

Abstract:Soil salinity is one of the main environmental factors affecting agricultural and forestry production. Salix linearistipularis is a rare woody plant naturally distributed in the saline-alkali land of Songnen Plain, northeast China, and is an important wild plant resource in the saline-alkali land. There is an important application potential in the exploitation and utilization of salt-tolerant genes and the mechanism of plant stress tolerance to improve the saline soil environment. In order to understand the salt-tolerance mechanisms and improve soil effects, this study summarizes its salt-resistant mechanism from morphology, physiology, biochemistry, and molecular levels, explores the mechanism of Salix linearistipularis in response to salt-alkali stress, analyses for the pathway and feasibility of Salix linearistipularis resistant alkali, and provides theoretical and practical basis for the ecological restoration of saline-alkali land.
