高效唑浸种对水稻幼苗抗低温能力的影响

摘    要:高效唑浸种能明显提高水稻幼苗抗低温胁迫能力 ,使稻苗在低温下生长受阻减轻 ,叶片电解质渗漏率降低 ,叶鲜重和叶绿素含量下降延缓 ,膜脂质过氧化产物———丙二醛含量及脯氨酸积累显著减少。因此 ,高效唑浸种对提高水稻幼苗的抗低温胁迫能力有积极作用。

Abstract:High effective thiazole seed soaking can obviously improve the ability of rice seedlings in resisting to low temperature coerce. It can reduce the resistance of rice seedling growth under low temperature and the permeable rate of the electrolyte in leaf blades,retarde the drop degress of leaf fresh weight and the content of chlorohyll and decrease membranous fat peroxide the content of propionic dialdehyde and the accumulation of proline remarkably,therefore,high effective thiazole seed soaking plays a positive role in improving the ability of resisting low temperature stress in rice seedlings.
