泥鳅不同组织同工酶的特异性表达分析

摘    要:应用垂直平板不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法研究了泥鳅成体的心脏、肝胰脏、肾脏、鳃、肌肉5种组织中酯酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶同工酶的表达情况。试验结果表明,泥鳅3种同工酶在肝胰脏中表达活性较高。酯酶同工酶在5种组织中均大量存在,且条带较多;过氧化物酶在肾脏中表达较强,肌肉中表达最弱;过氧化氢酶在鳃、肌肉组织中表达不强,且条带较少,不利于分析,但其表达差异性明显。

Abstract:The expression specificities of three isozymes(esterase EST,peroxidase POD,catalase CAT) were studied in five tissues including heart,hepatopancrease,kidney,gill,and muscle of adult loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus by the vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that the higher isozyme activities were found in the hepatopancrease of the loach.Higher EST activity was observed in the five tissues with various bands;the maximal POD activity was found in the kidney.However,the less CAT activity was expressed in the gill,muscle and other tissues,with few bands to be analyzed.
