| 摘 要： | 蒲葵种子自60～200 DAA(DAA表示花后天数),含水量和电导率逐渐降低,果实及种子千粒重、种子干重和生活力逐渐增大.130 DAA达到生理成熟,190 DAA完全成熟.60 ～ 190 DAA种子脱水耐性不断增强,190 DAA最大.蒲葵种子适宜萌发温度为20 ～ 35℃.含水量为20％和24％的种子分别在4℃和15℃下保存一段时间后,生活力逐渐降低,电导率却增加.

| Abstract: | The fruit and seed 1000-grain weight,seed dry weight,germination percentage of Livistona chinensis rose gradually with the seed developing time from 60 DAA(Days after anthesis) to 200 DAA,but the seed moisture content and electric conductivity rate decreased at the same time.Seed continues growing up to 130 DAA,and it was fully matured at 190 DAA.The desiccation tolerance of seeds rose gradually from 60 to190 DAA,when it reached the highest dehydration tolerance.The suitable temperature for the germination ... |
