| 摘 要： | 以菲油果种子为试材,研究不同浸种时间、贮藏时间及不同浓度IAA、GA3处理下种子萌发情况.结果表明:与ck相比,种子浸泡36 h萌发率最高,达86％；萌发率随贮藏时间增长而显著降低,种子贮藏29个月较贮藏5个月萌发率降低95.2％；与ck相比,播种后10 ～ 12 d,10 mg/L IAA和50 mg/L GA3浸种使萌发率分别提高66.7％和72.7％；与ck相比,10 mg/L IAA和150 mg/L GA3浸种可使萌发高峰提前,且在萌发高峰时使萌发率分别提高13.3％和21.2％.

| Abstract: | In this study,The seeds of Feijoa sellowiana were used to explore the effect of seed germination with different seed soaking time,storage time and growth regulators.The results showed that the effect of seed germination was the best when the seeds were soaked 36 h compared with CK.The rate of seed germination decreased with the increasing of the storage time markedly.The rate of seed germination decreased by 95.2% when the seeds was stored 29 months compared with it stored 5 months.When the seeds were sowed... |
