树兰花油分析及在卷烟中的应用研究

摘    要:利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对树兰花油中化学成分进行分离和鉴定,经毛细管色谱柱分离出54种组分,确认了其中的48种成分,其主要成分为α-蛇麻烯,亚麻酸乙酯,大根香叶烯-D,β-揽香烯。卷烟加香实验表明树兰花油可有效地掩盖卷烟杂气,使烟气柔和,香气细腻,对改进烟气质量作用明显。

Study on Analysis of Aglaia Odorata Oil and Its Application in Cigarettes Flavoring

Abstract:The volatile constituents of Aglaia Odorata oil were isolated and identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method. The results showed that 54 peaks were isolated and 48 compounds were identified. The main volatile constituents were α-humulene, ethyl linolenate, germacrene D, β-elemene. The essential oil of Aglaia Odorata oil was applied in cigarettes as tobacco flavorant. The results indicated that it could efficiently reduce offensive odor, make tobacco smoke smooth and fine, and improve smoking quality of the cigarettes.
