| 摘 要： | 用常规分析方法和气相色谱法分别测定奶牛常用20种精粗饲料的常规营养成分及其脂肪酸组成和含量。结果显示,饲料中高级脂肪酸主要有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸,且不同来源的饲料其营养特性和脂肪酸组成和含量不一样。

| Abstract: | Nutrition and fatty acid component of 20 concentrate and forage of dairy cows were tested by normal analytical method and gas chromatography.The results showed high-level fatty acid in feed mainly contained palmitic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid and lnolenic acid;Nutrition and fatty acid trait in different feed showed difference. |
