| 摘 要： | 以循环经济的相关理论为指导思想,通过调查黑河流域的自然地理和社会经济状况,分析黑河流域存在的主要环境问题及其产生原因,并探讨黑河流域发展循环经济的必要性,构建黑河流域循环经济的发展模式,并提出若干发展循环经济的保障措施.
