产耐热纤维素酶菌株的筛选及其酶学性质研究

摘    要:目的]筛选产耐热纤维素酶菌株,并对其酶学性质进行研究。方法]分离筛选产耐热纤维素酶的菌株,并用菌种鉴定试剂盒进行鉴定。对产耐热纤维素酶的菌株的酶学性质进行研究。结果]从江苏淮安土壤中分离出1株产耐热纤维素酶的细菌,将其命名为H3,经菌种鉴定试剂盒初步鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。该酶最适反应温度为60℃,最适反应pH值为5.5,Cu^2+、Mn^2+对酶活性有一定的激活作用,Mg^2+、Zn^2+对酶活性有一定的抑制作用。结论]该研究为降低纤维素酶生产成本以及推动生物质乙醇的发展提供了科学依据。
