| 摘 要： | 研究日粮中添加活性干酵母对鹌鹑小肠发育,肠道菌群及血清中胆固醇质量浓度的影响。选用1日龄鹌鹑180羽,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每重复15羽。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.6、1、2 g/kg的活性干酵母。结果显示,活性干酵母对鹌鹑小肠发育影响不大(P>0.05),随活性干酵母添加量的增加,小肠中大肠杆菌数显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸菌数量显著增加(P<0.05)。日粮中添加1和2 g/kg活性干酵母可显著降低血清中胆固醇质量浓度(P<0.05)。由此得出,饲料中添加活性干酵母可减少鹌鹑肠道内大肠杆菌数量,增加乳酸菌数量,同时可降低血清胆固醇质量浓度。
