| 摘 要： | 泉州湾河口湿地是我国重要湿地之一,当前对其保护与管理面临诸多问题和困难,如法律法规不完善、保护与管理不规范、宣传教育不到位、保护建设资金匮乏等。因此必须做好保护管理基础工作,申报国家级自然保护区,加快湿地立法,严格做好征占湿地管理工作等。

| Abstract: | The wetland of Quanzhou Bay estuary is one of important wetlands in China. However,at present its protection and management meet a lot of problems and difficulties,such as inadequate laws and regulations,protection and management irregularities,less effort on propagation and education of protection and reasonable utilization,shortage of protecting and constructing fund,and so on.In order to solve these problems and difficulties,the foundation work of protecting and managing must be conducted,state-level natural preserved district must be declared,wetland legislation must be speeded up,and the management of occupying wetlands must be enforced. |
