| 摘 要： | 猪用增仔促孕素是用猪脾脏细胞生产的一种干扰素，它能促使母猪在妊娠识别期处于良好状态，能提高母猪子宫对胚胎附植的承载能力，改善母猪的繁殖性能，提高母猪的窝平产仔数。本文就猪用增仔促孕素即猪脾细胞干扰素的研制，生产和生产工艺进行了研究，并探索出整套猪脾细胞干扰素的生产工艺。猪脾细胞干扰素其原料来源广，成本低，具有较高的推广价值。

| Abstract: | The Advanced Pregnancy and Increased Litter Size Factor is an interferon pro-duced with porcine spleen. It can advanced sow in good state in pregnancy recognition period and raise uterus bearing capacity of embryo-implantation and improve reproduce function and raise litter size of sow. This article is about production and technology of porcine spleen in-terferon (PSIFN). The PSIFN will be worth spreading. Its material source is extensive and cost is low. |
