盐分胁迫下四翅滨藜耐盐营养生理的研究

摘    要:目的]研究不同盐分胁迫下四翅滨藜耐盐营养生理,旨在探明盐碱地四翅滨藜的生物脱盐作用.方法]采用不同浓度梯度的NaCl盐溶液作为渗透剂对四翅滨藜进行盐胁迫,测定四翅滨藜叶片的相关营养生理指标.结果]四翅滨藜在盐胁迫下呈现出的抗盐营养生理机制主要有:随着盐浓度的升高,Na+/K+ 升高,膜透性增加,Na+ 的吸收促进K+ 离子的吸收;随着盐浓度的升高,四翅滨藜叶片全氮含量在缓慢地下降,继续维持盐胁迫下氮的代谢;四翅滨藜植株开始受到盐胁迫时,其叶片钙含量略有下降,但随着盐胁迫浓度的升高,其叶片钙含量有所回升并维持一定水平,下降幅度十分小,直至2.7;的盐胁迫下全氮和全钙含量迅速下降.结论]四翅滨藜是一种耐盐程度较高的植物.

Abstract:【Objective】Study on Atriplex canescens(pursh) Mutt nutritional physiology under different salt stress tolerance to proven Atriplex Canescens(pursh) Mut biological desalination of saline.【Method】The different concentration NaCl is as infiltration of salt stress,alimentation Physiological indices of Atriplex Canescens(pursh) Mutt are determined under salt stress.【Result】The alimentation Physiological mechanism of salt resistance included three aspects:when the concentration of NaCl was increased,Na+/ K+ was ascended and the penetrating of cell membrane was enhanced in the leaf,the absorption of Na+ accelerated the absorption of K+;when the concentration of NaCl was increased,the concentration of whole azote declined slowliest,which stayed the metabolization of the whole azote under salt stress;at the beginning of salt stress,the concentration of whole calcium declined slowlier,but which increased and stayed balanced level by the increasing of concentration of NaCl,and declined little;at 2.7% of salt stress,the concentration of the whole azote and calcium declined graduall.【Conclusion】Atriplex Canescens(pursh) Mutt was a high salt-tolerant plant.
