| 摘 要： | 试验旨在研究中药复方制剂对高温下肉鸡小肠黏膜厚度、绒毛长度、隐窝深度的影响。选用1日龄美国艾维茵白羽肉鸡180只为试验对象,随机分成3组,分别为高温对照组、中药1组、中药2组,每组设4个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验期为42 d,分两个阶段:1~21日龄和22~42日龄。在21、42日龄取材,采用组织切片及组织化学染色方法检测肉鸡十二指肠、空肠、回肠的黏膜厚度、绒毛长度与隐窝深度。结果表明:在21、42日龄,与对照组相比,添加中药复方Ⅰ和中药复方Ⅱ后,肉鸡十二指肠、空肠和回肠的黏膜厚度和绒毛长度显著增加(P<0.05);十二指肠和回肠隐窝深度显著下降(P<0.05),空肠隐窝深度在21日龄时有升高趋势,42日龄差异不显著(P>0.05)。以上结果提示添加中药复方可显著改善高温应激条件下肉鸡的小肠黏膜形态结构。
