多不饱和脂肪酸对肉鸡肠道内环境的影响

摘    要:选用1日龄AA肉仔鸡960只,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理4个重复,研究在日粮中添加不同水平多不饱和脂肪酸(0、150、2503、50 mg/kg PUFA)对肉鸡肠道内环境的影响。试验期为35 d:1~7日龄为预试期,饲喂基础日粮8;日龄进入正式期,于肉鸡28日龄和42日龄每个处理分别抽取5只鸡进行屠宰试验,测定消化道中pH和消化酶的活性。结果表明:在肉鸡饲料中添加不同梯度的PUFA,与对照组相比,能够降低消化道pH值,提高肉鸡各肠段消化酶脂肪酶、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶的活性,改善肠道环境;尤其在250 mg/kg添加量下对各肠段脂肪酶的活性的影响效果最为显著(P<0.05);由此可见,在肉鸡日粮中添加PUFA具有优化肉鸡肠道环境的作用,其最适添加水平为250 mg/kg。

Abstract:Selected 960 Broilers at the age of 1-day-old,and divided them into 4 groups randomly,including four PUFA groups.The experiment was systematically studied for the intestinal environment in broilers,and the results could serve as the reference for drafting the polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUVA) requirements for the broilers as recommendatory standard.The experiment indicated that: The pH was reduced of the digestive tract compared with the control group,while added different level of PUFA in broiler feed.And the activity of digestive enzyme was improved,such as lipase,trypsin and amylase.Especially at the 250 mg/kg PUVA group,the influence of lipase activity is the most significant(P<0.05).In conclusion,the diets supplemented with PUFA in the broiler can improve the intestinal environment,and 250 mg/kg PUFA to be added is the optimum level.
