| 摘 要： | 通过基础日粮中添加饲喂玉米蛋白粉、芝麻油渣对蛋黄色泽沉积和蛋品品质的影响观察，结果发现，玉米蛋白粉、芝麻油渣部分替代黄玉米，均可起到色素在蛋黄中的沉积，且作用效果较好，试验各组与对照组比较，产蛋率、产蛋量、体重、蛋品品质及试验组组间差异均不显著；色素沉积以玉米蛋白粉和玉米蛋白粉加芝麻油渣呈现明显。

| Abstract: | A study was conducted to determine the effects of corn-protein meal (CPM) and sesamemeal (SM) supplemented to basal diet on color formation of yolk and egg quality. The experiment results showed that both CPM and SM partly replacing yellow corn could improve the deposition of pigment in yolk. During 120 days in study, the 4 treatment groups did not differ from control group in rates and amounts of egg laying, body weights and egg quality, which did not differ from control group(P>0 05), and feedcosts were similar among all groups. Both CPM and CPM+SM groups were more efficient in the deposition of pigment in yolk than control and the other treatment groups. |
