PDJ对苹果属植物光合作用、内源ABA含量影响初探

摘    要:苹果或海棠经25-100mg/LPDJ(丙基双氢茉莉酮酸酯)处理后,叶片光合速率提高,根系活力增强,茎叶中内源ABA含量增加,气孔关闭,25mg/L和100mg/L处理未能降低叶片的蒸腾速度,却降低了气孔阻力;而50mg/L处理不仅降低了蒸腾速率,同时也增加了气孔阻力,与100mg/L ABA正理效果近似。

Abstract:Some sensitive indexes to water deficiency which are photosynthesis,transpiration rate,stomatal resistance of leaf and activity of root,and content of endogenous ABA in leaf and shoot were measured after PDJ treatment.The results showed that photosynthesis,root activity and level of endogenous ABA enhanced by PDJ treatment at any concentration,but at 25 mg/L,transpiration rate was not depressed and stomatal resistance was not enhanced as expected,even at 100 mg/L.Otherwise,PDJ at 50 mg/L,traspiration rate decreased and stomatal resistance increased almost as the same as 1009mg/L exdogenous ABA treatment.On the basis of respond of plants to PDJ,a conclusion may be drawn that adverse resistance of plant can be enhanced by PDJ treatment like ABA.Therefore,as an exdogenuos growth regulator,PDJ may be a substitute of ABA applying on the fruit tree with appropriate concentrations.
