摘    要:以MS为基本培养基,添加一定量的植物细胞分裂素和生长素,进行12个桑品种的叶片培养.12个桑品种叶片在离体条件下都能生长,分化出不定芽.且经发根处理形成完整植株.不定芽分化率,品种间差异呈极显著,由高到低依次为:璜桑14号、707、吉湖4号、红沧桑、新一之濑、辐1号、湖87号、湖199号、湖197号、育151号、7307、湖32号.

Abstract:The leaves from 12 mulberry varieties were cultured on medium MS adding with cytokinin and somatotropin. The results were as follows: All the leaves in vitro could differentiate adventitious buds and develop into complete seedlings after root inducing treatment. The differentiation rates of adventitious bud among 12 varieties were extremely different, and the sequence from top to bottom was: Huangsang 14, 707, Jihu 4, Hongcang-sang, New Ichinos, Fu l,Hu 87,Hu 199,Hu 197, Yu151, 7307, Hu 32.
