摘    要:实测了多种供油系统参数,并分析其改变对增压柴油机排放性能的影响,重点分析了供油提前角、喷油器喷孔直径和喷油泵型式与柱塞直径对各种排放物的影响规律,提出了合适的匹配方案。

Abstract:The in-cylinder purifying technology is to optimize the whole combustion process anew, that means to optimize and match combustion chamber, intake air flow and fuel supply system. On the base of test study on turbo-charging technology, intake air swirl increasing and round opening-shrunk combustion chamber, we began to do single factor changed once experiments on fuel supply system which had more important effect to emissions of diesel engine. The effects of changes in all parameters of fuel supply system to emission performances of turbo-charged diesel engine were tested practically, the affection regularities to four kinds of emissions were analyzed emphatically about fuel supply advance angle, nozzle diameter of injectors, construction and plug diameter of injection pump, then, rational match plan was proposed.
