番茄叶霉病菌的生物学特性研究

摘    要:对分离到的番茄叶霉病菌株进行组织培养,研究表明:番茄叶霉病菌菌丝生长的适温范围25~28℃,pH范围是6 0~8 0,在PDA培养基上生长较好,光照对该菌的生长几乎没有影响,而紫外线对该菌的生长有一定的抑制作用。产孢量在温度25℃、pH7 0、土豆+番茄茎叶培养基上达到最大。分生孢子萌发的适温为22~30℃,最适pH6 0,湿度98%以上。总之,该菌属于中高温、高湿、中性偏酸性菌。

Abstract:The optimum temperature for the mycelial growth of \%Fulvia fulva (Cooke) \%Ciferri was 25~28℃,and pH value was 60~80;It grew better on PDA medium than on the others .The ultraviolet rays inhabited the mycelial growth but the light didn't. The optimum temperature for the germination of the spore was 26℃,and pH value was 60;The number of germination of the spore decreased apparently when RH was below 95%.In addition ,the number of sporulation reached the highest under the condition of 25℃,pH 80 and the medium of potato +the leaves of tomatoes.In a word,\%Fulvia fulva (Cooke)\% Ciferri liked middle\|high temperature and high RH and was a middle type.
