摘    要:竹子是我国南方林区主要的森林资源之一,总面积达601万hm2。长期以来,伐竹下山是困扰和制约竹林经营、竹农增收和竹产业发展的一个瓶颈问题。文章提出了一种通过管道无动力运送竹材下山的技术,克服了传统竹材运送下山作业方式的不足,为高山毛竹材下山开辟了新思路。该技术具有设施安装方便快速、集材方便省力、毛竹破损率较小、综合成本低、安全性高等特点,经初步试验,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Bamboo is a significant part of the forest resources in southern China, with the planting area at 6.01 million ha. For a long time, the transportation of the bamboos in mountainous area has been a major problem that has restrained the bamboo forest management, the income increase of local farmers and the bamboo industry development. The paper comes up with a new transportation technology, i.e., using non-powered pipeline to ship the bamboo down the mountains, which overcomes the existing technical barrier and provides a new idea for transporting bamboos in the mountainous area. The technology is characterized with easy, convenient and fast facility installment, economic and labor-saving skipping, lower damage to bamboo, lower comprehensive costs and higher safety. The preliminary experiments have proved the good effects of the technology.
