| Abstract: | During the process of construction of new countryside, Fujian Province takes emphasis on its connection with the construction of the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits. By dispatching village-resident special in 8cio ence and technology, college-graduate ＂Village Officials＂, deepening reform of the property right system in rural areas, and quick- ening innovation of rural financial system, it provides science and technology support, reserved human resources, property-rlght guarantee and capital support. By strengthening rural staff construction and establishing the subsistence security system for rural resi- dents, it tries to format new rural public service system and social security system network. And by dispatching party eadras to as- sume party branch socretaries, enhancing the construction of three-level core network, and promoting public hearing of management＂ of village affairs and discussion meeting system of household representatives, it realizes the integration of the party＇s leadership and villagers＇ democratic management. |
