| 摘 要： | 学风是一所学校特有的精神风貌和学习氛围，对学生的学习和全面成长起着极为重要的作用。在分析高校学风建设中学生的主体性和教师的主导性的基础上，对高校学风建设中如何充分发挥教师主导性，如何培育与发展学生的主体性进行了深入分析。

| Abstract: | Academic atmosphere is a special spiritual style and learning climate at colleges and universities, which plays an important role in students＇ growth and development. In this paper, we conduct further analysis and consideration of how to give full play to the leading character of teachers, and to culture and develop the main role of students in the construction of academic atmosphere. |
