| Abstract: | The low efficiency and developing abnormally of cloning mammalian become a bottle-neck affected the development of animal cloning technology.The selection of donor cells,reprogramming of donor nuclei,the vitro culture of reconstructed embryo and the methods to improve cloning efficiency are summarized in this paper. |
