摘    要:酶抑制法农药残留速测法是基于农药对乙酰胆碱酯酶的抑制作用所产生的颜色变化进行判定蔬菜农残是否超标的方法。本研究研制出农药残留速测卡自动判定仪,该仪器集农药残留速测卡恒温加热、自动检测、自动判断、自动传输于一体,能够使农残检测和结果传输更加准确、方便、快捷;建立了监测信息系统,系统设计分为用户管理、数据收集和数据统计查询等,按照不同的组合要求,可以给出报表、曲线图、柱状图和饼状图,满足管理部门对农产品质量安全状况的监控。

Development of Quality and Safety Monitoring System for Agricultural Products
Abstract:The automatic reader was developed for pesticide rapid test card which was a kind of rapid method for detecting pesticides in vegetables based on the visible-color change due to the inhibition of cholinesterases in acetylcholine hydrolysis by pesticide. This pesticide tester was composed with the modules of automatic heating, detecting, decision and transmission which could obtain the results accurately, conveniently and rapidly. The monitoring information system including user management, data collection and data statistics query was also developed and provided reports, graphs, histograms and pie charts for different requirements to meet the monitoring the quality and safety of agricultural products.
