基于TAM的民族地区高校大学生使用数字化信息资源行为影响因素实证研究

摘    要:目的/意义]高校图书馆数字资源对学生的学习、科研研究有着很重要的作用。从用户的角度展开研究,能深入了解用户使用数字资源行为意愿,精准建设数字资源。方法/过程]基于技术接受模型,对国内外相关研究进行定性研究并在此基础上构建了民族地区高校学生用户使用数字资源行为意愿模型并对此进行了结构方程路径分析并对不同民族大学进行了特定群体分析。结果/结论]结果发现数字信息系统的有用性和易用性等对学生使用行为有显著的影响。特定群体分析结果发现系统特征、个体差异和信息内容质量等因素对民族地区高校汉族大学生使用数字资源有正向影响,而影响蒙古族大学生使用信息系统的因素主要有系统特征、自我效能感和易用性等。

Abstract:Purpose/Significance] A digital library plays an important role in students' learning and scientific research work. Therefore, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of the behavior of users and actual usage of digital libraries. It will lead to the complete and comprehensive digital library construction. Method/Process] Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and qualitative analysis on the research works, the research first proposes the digital resources utilization behavioral model of university students in ethnic minority areas by including the factors of the system characteristics, interface characteristics and the individual differences and adding the information quality factors, and then, carries out path analysis with structural equation modeling. Results/Conclusions] The results show that the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use have a positive effect on students' acceptance of digital information system. System characteristic, personal difference and the information quality factors positively affect the Han students' use of information resources, while system characteristics, self-efficacy and the perceived ease of use positively affect the Mongolian university students' acceptance and use of system.
