| 居住区绿地景观的审美评价 |

| 摘 要： | 本文通过对三个不同年代的居住区绿地景观进行美学调查和评价,并初次尝试从居住区绿地景观的自身特性以及整体景观有机融合的角度选取五个影响因子,建立数学模型,对居住区绿地景观进行量化评价的同时分析其影响因素。结果表明:梦园小区绿地景观的公众审美评价最好。不同背景的三个测试群体在居住区绿地审美方面存在普遍一致性,两个不具有专业背景的群体相关性较好。另外,整体环境协调度和植物色彩鲜明度是美景度评价的重要影响因子。最后从审美角度对居住区绿地景观建设提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | This article carried on aesthetics investigation and appraisal to three open spaces located in residential areas developed in different ages.According to the characteristics of open spaces landscape and the environmental harmony,the five factors were selected and built mathematic model which was used for making a quantification appraisal and assessment to residential areas open space.The result indicated: it is the Mengyuan whose aesthetics appraisal is the best.Three groups which had different background in their perceptions for residential scenes had a high consistency,the results from the two groups without professional background were more consentaneous.In addition,the nice harmony to its physical environment and the color bright of trees were the important factors in SBE.Finally the article offered some suggestions to residential open space landscape construction from the aesthetic point. |
