| 摘 要： | 多效唑可明显抑制葡萄组培再生植株的伸长生长,促进横向生长,矮化壮苗,使根系发达.MS＋IBA0.02 mg/L＋多效唑3 mg/L培养基适宜用来保存葡萄种质资源.

| Abstract: | It was apparent regenerated tissue culture plant of grape was inhabited,the horizontal growth of it was promoted,seedlings were dwarfed,and rooting system was made developed.Culture medium(MS IBA 0.02 mg/L PP333 3mg/L)could be use d when preserving grape germplasm. |
