| 摘 要： | 对1999－2000年小麦白粉病菌的生理小种进行了鉴定，并分析了小种种群的变化。应用23个随机引物对白粉病菌8个不同生理小种进行RAPD分析，其中11个引物的扩增型在不同生理小种间出现差异，共扩增出59条谱带，多态性为47．5％。通过对RAPD分析结果进行聚类分析，初步探明了折菌小种间的亲缘关系及其与小种毒力高低的相关性。 |

| Abstract: | The physiological strains of Erysiphe graminis were determined in 1999～2000 and the changes of strain groups were analyzed. Differences were found among 8 strains from RAPD analysis. Out of 23 random primers, 11 were polymorphic. Altogether 59 RAPD bands were found and the polymorphic rate was 47.5%. Genetic relationships among the 8 strains and their correlation to the virulence of the strains were studied through cluster analysis on the RAPD bands. |
