| 摘 要： | 试验研究了南岭荛花种子品质及温度对种子发芽的影响,结果表明,南岭荛花种子的含水量11.71%;种子净度为98.89%,种子千粒重为14.163 g。南岭荛花种子发芽的生物学特性主要表现在以下几个方面：①种子成熟时间在8～10月,②温度是影响种子发芽的主要因素,温度26℃种子发芽,种子发芽的最适温度为27.5℃。③种子发芽前不需要经过冬季休眠或低温过程。④种子发芽率不高,仅为8.4%。

| Abstract: | The effects of quality and temperature on germination of Wikstroemia indica seeds were studied,the results showed that the water content of W.indica seeds is 11.71%;seed purity is 98.89%;weight of 1 000 seeds is 14.163 g;the biological characteristics of germination of W.indica seeds were showed as follows：（1） The maturation time of seeds is from August to October;（2） The main affecting factor on seeds germination is temperature,when it is more than 26 ℃,the seeds can start to germinate and 27.5 ℃ is the best temperature for W.indica seeds to germinate;（3） Period of winter dormancy or of low-temperature process is unnecessary before the seeds germinate;（4） Germination rate of the seeds is lower,only 8.4%. |
