| 摘 要： | 从患"红体病"的养殖日本沼虾肝、肌肉、鳃中分离到6株细菌,致病性试验表明其中两株X01、X02为该病的病原菌.生理生化鉴定、药物敏感试验及细菌毒力试验表明,该两株细菌均为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromanas hydrophila);对日本沼虾的半数致死量LD50分别为1.16×104cfu/只、1.05×104cfu/只,细菌对药物的敏感性存在差异.
