| 摘 要： | 研究了石羊河流域生态补偿的必要性，从博弈论的视角分析了石羊河流域生态补偿机制的构建。结果表明：在短期内引入惩罚机制，生态补偿可以矫正博弈双方背离集体理性的行为，达到理想的博弈均衡；在长期，博弈双方是否有进行生态保护与建设的积极性取决于双方的经济发展水平，必须通过生态补偿机制征收补偿费用支持石羊河流域经济的发展，缩小流域内以及流域与全国经济发展的差距，并最终使收入水平相对均衡。
