6-BA对西瓜组培幼苗生长发育的影响

摘    要:采用5个不同浓度的6-BA处理组培苗,研究其对西瓜组培苗的形态指标及分化系数和玻璃化率的影响。试验结果表明,在6-BA浓度为1.5 mg/L的条件下,西瓜组培苗的苗高、茎粗等形态指标最好,分化系数和玻璃化率处于适当水平;若6-BA浓度过低,其对组培苗生长的促进作用较小,浓度过高,虽然能提高分化系数,但会导致玻璃化率过高,也不利于组培苗的生长。
