摘    要:目的]探索检测大豆中多种残留农药的快速分析方法。方法]以甲氰菊酯等5种常用农药为检测对象,污染较严重的大豆为检测材料,采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法同时检测5种农药的残留量。结果]试验对样品前处理和色谱条件进行了研究和优化,以甲醇?水作为流动相,丙酮作为提取剂,流速为1.0 ml/min。5种农药在0.02~1.00μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998 4~0.999 7。5种农药在0.02~0.20 mg/kg浓度范围内,平均加标回收率为74.9%~105.0%,相对标准偏差为1.5%~4.9%。结论]该方法具有操作简单、试剂用量少、方法检出限低、回收率高等优点,可满足大豆中农药多残留检验工作的需要。

Study on Detection of Various Residual Pesticides in Soybean by SPE-HPLC/UV
Abstract:Objective]The aim was to explore the rapid analysis method for detecting many residual pesticides in soybean.Method]With 5 kinds of common pesticides such as fenpropathrin as the detecting object and the soybean polluted more seriously as the detected material,the residues of 5 kinds of pesticides were detected by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method at the same time.Result] The pre-treatment method of sample and chromatographic condition were studied and optimized in the experiment: with the methanol /water as mobile phase,the acetone as the extraction agent and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.5 kinds of pesticides had good linear relationship in 0.02-1.00 μg/ml,and their correlation coefficient were 0.998 4-0.999 7.The average recovery of standard addition of 5 kinds of pesticides were 74.9%-105.0% in 0.02-0.20 mg/kg and the relative standard deviations were 1.5%-4.9%.Conclusion]The method had some advantages such as simple operation,less dosage of reagent,low detection limit and high recovery,which could meet the demand of detecting many pesticide residues in soybean.
