| 摘 要： | 城市近郊型乡村旅游是我国起步较早，也是最主要的乡村旅游形式，但乡村旅游在迅速发展的同时也存在诸多问题，需要特别关注。以天津蓟县常州村为例，针对该村在乡村旅游发展过程中存在的产品单一、缺少创新设计和深度加工、组织模式单一、缺乏统一规划、文化品位不高、特色不明显等问题，从深度开发特色产品，加强规划、引导农户选择适合的组织模式，注重硬件开发的同时注意软环境建设3个方面，提出了天津市城市近郊型乡村旅游深度开发的具体思路。

| Abstract: | The outskirt rural tourism developed early in China, and is also a chief type of rural tourism. However, special attention should also be payed to it due to the several existing problems during the process of its fast development. The outskirt rural tourism in Changzhou Village, Jixian County in Tianjin is analyzed as an example, and several problems are pointed out with the development of its outskirt rural tourism, such as simplex products and organizational model, lack of the innovative design, further processing and uniform plan, low culture taste and unobvious characteristics. On the basis of the analyses above, a certainly tentative thinking for the further outskirt rural tourism development in Tianjin is put forward from the three aspects of further developing special products, strengthening plan and leading the farmers to select the appropriate organizational model, emphasizing the development of hardware and the construction of soft environments. |
