| 摘 要： | 中国目前的就业形势是严峻的,入世对我国就业会产生重大影响。在中短期内,主要表现为消极影响,会增加就业的压力;而从长远看,会使我国体制改革、市场开放程度等因素发生变化,从而增加就业机会,缓解就业压力。

| Abstract: | The employment situation of china is very serious at present. Ente-ring WTO has an important influence on our employment. In the midterm or short-term, the influence is passive and it will increase the pressure of employment. Butin the long-term, WTO will change our system of organization and the extent ofmarket opening. The chance of employment will increase and the pressure will bealleviated. |
