摘    要:苏云金杆菌Bacillus thurnigiensis随着人们生态环境保护意识不断增强和人们对“绿色”食品的渴望,农业中应用越来越广泛,本文介绍简易固体发酵方法克服了液体发酵技术要求高、设备投资大,后处理降低生物效价的缺点。本方法简便易操作、优质低消耗、自动控制料的温度和湿度,利用“湿度差”有效抑制杂菌污染。应用前景广阔。

Abstract:As people's consciousness of ecological environment protection incessantlystrengthens and people yearn for green food, Bacillus thuringiensis (B. t) is widely usedin agriculture more and more. The easy method of solid ferment introduced in this article overcomes the weakness of liquid ferment which requires high technology and big amount of investment in equipment, but decreases the organism efficiency after management. This method can be easily operated and give you high quality with low consumption and automatically controlled with temperature and humidity of raw material andgerm contamination restrained effectively by the difference in temperature. So its appliance will have a broad prospect.
