| 摘 要： | 阐述了代谢组学的概念、研究方法及其在药物毒理学和代谢研究中的应用,并对代谢组学技术在兽药安全评价中的应用前景以及在未来发展中面临的挑战进行了探讨。代谢组学是系统生物学的重要组成部分,已广泛应用于药物安全评价研究中。

| Abstract: | As an essential component of systems biology, metabonomics has been widely used in drug research. In this paper, the concept, recent development of analytical and statistical techniques used in metabonomics is summarized. Major applications of metabonomics to drug toxicity and metabolism study are then reviewed. Furthermore, the applications in veterinary drug veterinary drug's safety assessment are discussed. |
