摘    要:目的采用HPLC法测定五味子根、藤茎及叶不同溶剂提取物中五味子甲素、乙素的含量,同时筛选出最佳提取溶剂,为扩大五味子的入药部位资源提供理论依据。方法采用Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:A.甲醇、B.水,梯度洗脱,0~20min,70%~80%A、20~35min,80%~70%A;流速:1mL/min;检测波长:254nm。结果五味子根中五味子甲素、乙素的含量最高,乙醇为最佳提取溶剂。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin levels in extracts from the Schisandra chinensis roots,rattans and leaves using different solvents.Select the best extraction solvent.Provide a theoretical basis for widening resources of Schisandra chinensis.Method Determination was performed on a Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase:methanol-water gradient elution with the flowrate of1 mLl/min.The wavelength was set at 254 nm.Results Determination of deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin levels in extracts from the Schisandra chinensis roots is the highest.Ethanol is the best extraction solvent.
