| 摘 要： | 新生入学教育是高校教育培养中的重要环节，尤其对于农科专业而言，做好入学教育工作更显重要。结合工作实际，探讨了开展新生入学教育工作的意义与目标定位，介绍了一些具体做法，并提出了几点思考。
